I am attempting to view the mgz files after converting from ima to mgz successfully. After attempting the command I get this error:
tkmedit -f ${SUBJECTS_DIR}/030217_vc11174/mri/orig/001.mgz GLUT: Fatal Error in tkmedit.bin: could not open display:
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thank you. Lindsay Casmaer
can you give us more details? What kind of machine? Are you running it locally? Are you using VNC? What version? etc.... On Thu, 1 Mar 2007, Lindsay Casmaer wrote:

It's running on a Linux machine, locally. Not using VNC - using X-term. I have always been able to view additional windows, so I doubt this is a terminal issue.
Thanks, Lindsay

or if that file doesnt exist, type:
cat etc/debian-version
Can you send the file .xdebug_tkmedit? Its found in the directory in which tkmedit is run.
