To Dear: I would make sure of the results of the group analysis. 1. The p-value, actually -10log(p), is only used in the qdec display. That is to say, the value is used to display the difference of the two groups. 2. And Freesurfer doesn’t use any statistical significance values, like, statistical p-value, T-value, z-score … at present. 3. Freesurfer can’t display the cortical thickness in unit, mm. So, I get the conclusion that Freesurfer couldn’t quantify the cortical thickness at present.

Hi, Freesurfer do present thickness in mm.
Also the p-Value is from the GLM model used in QDEC (mri_glmfit)
