Hi professor, I am using FS 6.0 for hippocampal subfield. I have a doubt what is the full name of GC-DG? I didn't find it in the wiki.
Sincerely, Zheng
Hi Zheng,
GC-DG stands for granule cell layer of the dentate gyrus. For more information on how this area was manually segmented, please see Eugenio’s paper here: http://www.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/~iglesias/pdf/subfieldsNeuroimage2015preprint...
