We submitted a paper where we used Yeo's 7-network atlas to estimate the hemispheric mean cortical volume of each network using mri_annotation2label --subject X --hemi lh --annotation Yeo2011_7Networks_N1000 --labelbase Left_7Ns

The question from the reviewer is: *did the network-wise hemispheric mean CV refer to the mean CV of all brain regions within the network?*

Could you please help address this question?
