Hi ,
I would imaging we would need to be running the most recent freesurfer version to use qdec We just finished a study with V3.0 and are doing the analysis. Mainly interested to see if we could do some analysis with subcortical structures.
thanks
Greg.
Greg,
We're shooting for the middle of next week as the release date for the next stable, v4.0.0, which will include qdec (as a beta, as it is still in-development) as well as a number of other improvements.
A beta of this freesurfer stable v4.0.0 for Linux Centos 4 is posted here if you want to give it a whirl:
ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist
Later today I will post the Linux Centos 4 x86_64 version of beta stable4.
Note that these are beta builds awaiting testing completion, and until a formal announcement is made next week, expect this to be updated.
