Hi FreeSurfer list Please apologize me if this has been already answered. Is their a way that I can visualize Brodmann's areas on a FreeSurfer subject ? If this is not possible, then is there a standard Brodmann template/atlas so that I can register my volume to it and then visualize ? Thanks, Truly, Indika Walimuni, PhD Post-doctoral Research Associate University of Texas Health Science Center Houston, TX.
Hi Indika,
what version are you using? The newest FS generates a set of Brodmann area probablistic maps by default.

Hi Bruce Thanks for the reply. I am not running the latest. In fact I completed FS on most of the subjects before the new version. Can I apply this new feature to earlier runs ? If I can't I will just rerun few cases just for showcasing. I will update to new version though. what version? It needs to have the same fsaverage. If -balabels in recon-all works, then you should be set. Otherwise you'll probably need to rerun

Hi Bruce, Here is the build-stamp of the version that I am running, "freesurfer-Linux-centos4_x86_64-stable-pub-v4.5.0" . I checked recon-all's options and didn't find an option "-balabels" too.
