I mean that after you type the command and hit return, the program will print a lot of information to the screen (the screen is the "terminal"). Send this information to us.

Also, go back to your original email and reply to that so that we have a record of the previous exchanges. We get a lot of emails here, and it is impossible for us to remember what you wrote in previous emails. Having the full context makes it easier for us to respond to your question
