Dear Freesurfer experts,
I am currently trying to obtain mean thickness values for certain sub-regions of the cortex. I have previously used this command
asegstats2table --subjects X_* --meas thickness --tablefile aseg_stats.txt
however now (Ive updated to v 5.3) I receive this error
asegstats2table: error: option --meas: invalid choice: 'thickness' (choose from 'volume', 'Area_mm2', 'nvoxels', 'nvertices', 'mean', 'std', 'snr', 'max')
Has the thickness option been taken away? If this is the case, should I use mris_anatomical stats for labels instead? Or is there still a way to use asegstats2table for subregions (for example for anterior cingulate? Eg in aseg_stats to table I can get the volumes but not thickness values for caudal anterior cingulate?)
Thanks for your help!
Best Wishes,
Cathy
Hi Cathy, I don't think there ever was a thickness option for asegstats2table. Are you sure you weren't using aparcstats2table? doug
