I have updated the tool RFT_FDR in the NITRC software database (http://www.nitrc.org/projects/rft_fdr/).Remember that this tool allows you to perform Random Field Theory-based multiple comparison correction specific for freesurfer surface data.

I have now considered the fact that SurfStat toolbox performs a one-sided test-based RFT correction for multiple comparisons. I have then modified the functions RFT, RFT_FDR_Opt, RFT_FDR and fdr_two_stage to made that fact explicit and to engage well with the Fresurfer visualization tools (tksurfer).
