I’m going to process as follows:
I have a point on the surface ("Vertex RAS" in tksurfer) and want to compute the Scanner RAS in orig.mgz that corresponds to this point: ScannerRAS = Norig*inv(Torig)*[tkrR tkrA tkrS 1]
If vertex RAS is x=10 y=20 z=30, [tkrR tkrA tkrS 1] is [10 0 0 1; 0 20 0 1; 0 0 30 1], right?
I don’t know how I use [tkrR tkrA tkrS 1]. Please let me know.
