Hello,
I've noticed that some of the wiki tutorials/powerpoint slides hint at the potential for incorporating DTI data into an FS-FAST-like analysis. Is any documentation available on the wiki that describes how to do this? I noticed that many of the files in $FREESURFER_HOME/fsfast/bin are in csh and are readable, however I haven't been able to figure out the exact procedure for incorporating, say, an FA map instead of a BOLD map.
I have registered my DTI images to the T1 using a 6DOF flirt. I believe the next step is to apply the talairach xfm, and then convert from volume to surface, but I am not exactly sure.
Any advice is much appreciated!
Best,
Ryan
There is not an FS-FAST DTI analysis, however, we do offer dt_recon in FreeSurfer. Run it with --help for more info.
