Hello All,
I piped around 70 subjects through freesurfer and the created V1 labels using Hinds and Fischl method. I used these labels to calculate average gm thickness in V1. I am getting around 1.6 mm thickness values with 0.6 standard deviation. Has anyone looked at the values in V1 ? Is that in the range or below ? Please let me know.
Thanks
Rito
Hi Rito,
that sounds reasonable. V1 is *very* thin relative to other areas of cortex
