Hello all,
I wanted to know where the mritotal.log file is created.I checked the /scripts directory but couldnt find it there. I'd like to have a look at the Final objective function value for the subjects I'm running.

not sure where it is, but don't use that to assess how good the talairach registration is. You have to visually assess it.

The "Final objective function value" produced by mritotal is found in the <subj>/mri/transforms/talairach.log file, but its not the primary means of determining alignment. See:
