Hello Freesurfer experts, I wanted to see if the nightly dev builds of freesurfer are v6.0 with the new hippocampal subfields or if that download is in another section? If so can you send me the proper download location? Also is CUDA support still at 5.0 with this version or is there any updates to the cuda support? Thanks for your help.

Hello,
Yes the dev builds are essentially a v6.0-beta and contain the hippocampal subfields. We dropped active support of CUDA in favor of openmp, but freesurfer v6 will still contain contain the CUDA binaries and libraries that were shipped with the 5.3 release.
