Hello,
We have a quite a few 3T data got poor result due to the field inhomogeneity, especially in the occipital region (see attached). We've tried several ways of correcting inhomogeneity beforehand, but still not getting good results. Any suggestions in fixing these without manually editing the pial and wm?
Thank you,
Ping
