You should download lower versions. Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS. Then only it will work.

I tried to use the tkregisterfv command in Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS, but I got the following error: "freeview.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libpng12.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory". How can I solve it ?
