Hi all,

I'm trying to extract the folding index for each subject/hemisphere/roi from ?h.aparc.stats into a single table with all subjects. It appears though that aparcstats2table will only extract area, volume, thickness, thicknessstd and meancurv, not folding index, even though these values are in the ?h.aparc.stats file.

Is there a way of extracting folding index for each subject and importing into a file?
