I am having trouble displaying sig.mgh using tkmedit. The sig.mgh file was generated from a group regression analysis of FA images using mri_glmfit.
This was the command I tried: tkmedit fsaverage orig.mgz -fthresh 2 -overlay ./FA_contrast/sig.mgh
The error window said "Error: Setting threshold values. Invalid values."
Am I missing something?
Thanks!
Jenny
I may be that the default max is less than the min you have set. You may have to set the max with -fmax.
