External Email - Use Caution

Dear experts, I am performing some study on visual receptive fields (using retinotopy stimuli) and have already run the -recon-all command and it worked fine. After that, I cut the occipital poles (left and right) and flattenend the results. So, now I have the flat patches images.

I would like to use the retinotopy parameter file (now is a .mat file) in freesurfer (I found that should be something like a .par format? I don't know so well this format), so that would be possible for me to read it on freesurfer and proceed further on pipeline. How to achieve this step?
