External Email - Use Caution

Hi, I ran recon-all for my participants (T1 and T2, DICOM*.nii). but for some of my participants (3 out of 15), the grey matter was not correctly traced. Its overlapping with the white matter boundary. See image below.

I have searched the list and no similar errors have been reported. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on how to trouble-shoot this?
