Hi Freesurfer Experts, Does anyone know how to deal with situations where the part of the brain is not being captured in aseg.mgz or in the surfaces? I have attached some screenshots. I have tried adding control points but it is not working. Thanks for helping.

that does look stranage. What is the background image in these snapshots? Is the brainmask.mgz nonzero in that region? Can you upload the subject to our ftp site?
