It is highly recommended using the same version of FS and the same workstation when analysing same study data check paper titled: the Effects of freesurfer version workstation type ....etc

When will FreeSurfer 5.2 be release. Is is possible to download the news version of trac-all and fsl_sub and use them in FreeSurfer 5. since I am using fsl 4.1.9.
