I am trying to run TRACULA and keep getting the error FSLDIR: Undefined Variable. I have looked at the answers to this question that have been previously posted but cannot seem to remedy this problem. I'm running freesurfer 5.3 via virtualbox on windows. I have applied for a license and added that to the license.txt file but to no avail. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks, Alex
Hi Alex - Have you run the freesurfer setup script?

Hi Alex,
Try setting the FSLDIR to when same value as FSL_DIR. So you command would be something like:
export FSLDIR=$FSLDIR
Then try rerunning TRACULA. Hopefully this solves the issue.
