i've posted qdec.bin and mri_glmfit for the linux_centos4, linux_centos4_x86_64 and macos-leopard-i686 platforms to this location:

ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/freesurfer/misc

you can copy those to your freesurfer/bin dir without worry of affecting existing processed results.
