Hi Doug -
Any luck with my mris_glm-sess problem?
Thank you!!
Hi Trinity,
I think the problem is with a quirk in how paint (ie, .w) files are stored. Try adding ./ in front of the .w file name:
mris_glm-sess -hemi rh -projfrac 0.5 -fsgd test.fsgd -sf test.sessid -a individual_anal_FE -contrast allvfix_de --trgsubj average7 --gcv 1 -1 0 0 --sigt ./sigt-average7-rh.w paint

The output should be sigt-average7-rh.w (individual_anal_FE/allvfix_de/sigt-average7-rh.w -for each subject), right? If so, I'm still not getting output files. What could be the problem?
mris_glm-sess -hemi rh -projfrac 0.5 -fsgd test.fsgd -sf test.sessid -a individual_anal_FE -contrast allvfix_de --trgsubj average7 --gcv 1 -1 0 0 --sigt ./sigt-average7-rh.w paint
There should be only one output file (sigt-average7-rh.w). The way you are calling the program, sigt-average7-rh.w should be located in the same directory that you are running the program from.

How do I view the sigt-average7-rh.w? Using surf-sess? The different subject groups should show activation in blue plus and green circles accorging to my fsgd file?
surf-sess -analysis individual_anal_FE -contrast allvfix_de -map sigt -hemi lh -d . -s [trgsubj ??]
Thank you so much for all of your help.
