Hi FreeSurfer
I need the white matter segmentations, and I've looked at some e-mail correspondence and one answer I think I can use is the following: If you just want white matter, then better to create a mask from the aparc+aseg.mgz with mri_binarize with the --wm flag. doug I just don't understand what it means.. I do have the aparc+asset.mgz, but what is a mri_binarize and --wm flag? I don't have FreeSurfer installed on my on computer.
All the best, Leise.
mri_binarize is a freesurfer command-line program and --wm is an option to that program.
