I want to extract time courses according to:

Previous steps work fine, but memory corruption happened when I perform the command line (I have a 12 GB memory):
mri_segstats --seg SUBID.feat/reg/freesurfer/aparc+aseg.nii.gz --in SUBID.feat/filtered_func_data.nii.gz --avgwf file.dat
