Dear freesurfer users,

I have a question regarding the kvlQuantifyPosteriorProbabilityImages command to quantify hippocampal subfield volumes.  Are all voxels with a probability value bigger than 0 counted? Or is the command applying any threshold for the estimation? I have transformed the subfield .mgz images in .nii images. The number of voxels with a probability bigger than 0 in the nii images do not correspond to the estimations extracted with the kvlQuantifyPosteriorProbabilityImages command. Thank you! yours,
