I'm using QDEC to analyze cortical thickness of a patient population compared to controls. One of the things I wanted to analyze is the difference between hemispheres within patients. It seems that I can only analyze one hemisphere at a time in QDEC; is there any way to analyze the difference BETWEEN hemispheres for one group?

Hi Krista, we (meaning Mert and I) are working on this tool. We have an HBM abstract on it, so it should be done by then.
