Running "TRAC-ALL - PATH", I've got a error. Strangely trac-all reports all jobs done without error as last, but actually it didn't generate any reconstructed paths.

When I looking through the 'trac-all.log' file, I found only one error on "dmri_mergepaths" saying "ERROR: must specify input volume(s)". But it looks like the function "dmri_paths", which is before the 'mergepaths', was not successfully done as it didn't generate any output. (but the log file didn't say anything about this.)

This occurred in only 3 subjects out of ~70 total. I've rerun the trac-all code on different machines to no avail. Can anyone help on this matter?
