Does the website contain a list of structures labeled in both version 3 and version 4? I am looking for both cortical and subcortical segmentation labels. Thanks, Lindsay

If you do cd $FREESURFER_HOME You'll find the FreeSurferColorLUT.txt there which has all the labels for cortical and subcortical structures.
