Hi All:
I have a question about the slice thickness. To get a "good" freesurfer reconstruction, especially the "accurate" statistic analysis, what it the maximum slice thickness can I use when acquire the DICOM image? Thanks!

I wouldn't do more than 1.5mm, and ideally 1.3 or under On Tue, 6 Mar 2007, T. Song wrote:

Hi All:
I am trying to use qdec to do group analysis. I composed a qdec.table.dat file as follows:
fsid gender age KG Female 25 LF Female 25 JEP Male 28 JK Male 33
When I tried to load the data in qdec, I got following error message: ncols = 15 fsidcol = 0 nInputs = 0 ERROR: QDECallocDesign: no inputs
Any idea?
Thanks!
Tao
Tao,
I'm guessing that its not parsing the linefeed, and so is seeing 15 columns, instead of 5 lines with 3 fields.
Can you send me that file? On what OS and what editor was the file created?
Qdec is not publicly released yet, as it still has some glitches like this. I assume you obtained a copy from the recent multi-modal course? Your feedback is welcome, and you can just send questions to me.
