Hi all
I would like to know if there is a publication on the reproducibility over time (same brain, scanned multiple times) of the cortical parcellation using freesurfer?
Thanks Kerstin
Hi Kerstin,
yes, you can look at:

Hi Bruce
thanks for your quick reply. From what I understand this reference looks at the reproducibility of cortical thickness. I am particularly interested in how much the boundaries of the cortical regions "drift" over time (something like a mean distance map or ICC) - has anybody looked at this?
Thanks Kerstin

so the reproducibility of each boundary? We have that data but haven't looked at it much. Andre van der Kouwe did a bit of this in his MEMPRAGE paper, but I think it was all within session (mostly to characterize B0 distortions)
