Dear FreeSurfer team,
we are trying to remove dura from the brainmask automatically as described in the SkullStrip tutorial: https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/SkullStripFix_freeview
This however resulted in the following error when starting this command: *recon-all-skullstrip -clean-bm -gcut -subjid 15689_T1_fs*
Killed Linux ubuntu recon-all -skullstrip -clean-bm -gcut -subjid 15689_T1_fs4.13.0-36-generic #40~16.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Feb 16 23:25:58 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
recon-all -s 15689_T1_fs exited with ERRORS at Mon Mar 5 03:47:39 PST 2018
Attached is the recon-all.log in case it may be helpful. We also could not detect any similar post in the mailing list.

hmmm, it looks like most of the memory on your machine is in use by other processes. Can you terminate them and try again?
