that said, we would appreciate users requesting their own licenses. This is not required, but they can get the license then discard it to help us track how many users we have (which is critical for our ability to obtain NIH funding).

If I request one of these licenses, will we be permitted to install it such that all users of the cluster can access it or does each individual user need their own license?
