Are you looking for help in tcl in general, or on scripting commands for tkmedit and tksurfer? If the latter, there's some reference for tkmedit scripting commands at:

There's not much documentation for the tksurfer scripting commands, but I'm working on it. But if you have something in particular you'd like to do, I could send you a sample.

Some of the commands might not be available with the version you have.
