We ran several subjects using version 4.0.4 and now need to reinstall freesurfer to finish the processing. Is there a linux centos4, 32 bit version available somewhere?
Thanks,
Tricia Merkley
Tricia,
Yes, this one is 32bit:
freesurfer-Linux-centos4-stable-pub-v4.0.5-full.tar.gz
from this page:

Thanks Nick.
Just to clarify, would it be alright to mix versions 4.0.4 and 4.0.5, since we already ran several subjects using 4.0.4? Is 4.0.5 just a new feature release for post-processing, or were any changes made to the processing pipeline?
Thanks, Tricia

Tricia,
Yes, you can mix v4.0.4 and v4.0.5. In general, we recommend always using the same version, but in this case, only features were added to v4.0.5. The thing to do is consult this page:
https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/ReleaseNotes
and look at what has changed between versions to determine if mixing is possible. In this case, just some non-pipeline processing features were added.
