Hello Everyone,

I am having a problem with the output of recon-all. T1 (shown below) has in the coronal view some noise in the images, and as a result, when I create head surfaces, there are bumps covering the head’s surface (scalp). Is there a way to effectively smooth this noise. The brain also has a strange output as well.
