External Email - Use Caution
Dear Freesurfers experts, I need to obtain in the volume and not in the surface, in MNI space with voxels of 2mm. At this moment I do not need to obtain a parcellation of a single subject, even a parcellation in the volume from the MNI template would be great. Do you have any suggestions? thanks
you can run recon-all on the MNI152 itself, though it will not reflect the average of the subjects that went into it
