Hello all,
I'm attempting to run a cortical thickness group differences test in qdec with a covariate, and have been told that in order for it to match up with similar anlyses in SPSS, amongst other things, I'll have to ensure that I match on "DODS" vs. "DOSS." What are these two options, and how would I go about ensuring that I'm matched on them?
DODS: Different offset, different slope; This models (potentially) differing slopes against the covar and allows you to check for a group- by-covar interaction
DOSS: Different offset, same slope; This assumes that both groups have the exact same slope against the covar (but differing intercepts).
As for matching to SPSS, that would depend on the model you created in SPSS. I'm sure that SPSS can run either model depending on the options you select and/or the module that you're using.
cheers, -MH
