Hi all, hi Doug,
I am analysing polar angle retinotopy with abblocked design, but can not figure out how to paint the output of sfa-sess correctly, so that I see something reasonable. I know that my analysis generally worked fine, because when I can view the phase.nii overlay, and it looks quite polar. It's just that it is not thresholded. I would really appreciate a hint!
Best regards, Natalia
The easiest thing to do is just mask the polar with the sig, something like:
mri_mask -T 2 -abs polar.nii sig.nii polar.sig2masked.nii
In this case, it will mask the polar using p < .01 (sig=2)
