Hi,
I want to ask some questions about w files: 1. does Freeview read and display w files? (if not, any plan to support it?) 2. does tksurfer support custom color scale? how to change a color scale's bounds? they seem to change with overlay's min and max but not consistently. 3. does anything resembling a multi-frame w file exist?
Cheers,

I don't think so, and probably no plans. w files are obsolete. why are you using them?

No custom color scale. You set the bounds with the min and max.

I think MNE uses something like this, but, like I said, we are trying to get away from w files. If you need to, you can convert w files to mgh files with mri_surf2surf. doug
