Hi Sherryse, sorry for the delay, I've been traveling. I think the problem may be with your version of reg-feat2anat. I've put a new version here:

ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/transfer/outgoing/flat/greve/reg-feat2anat

Copy that into $FREESURFER_HOME/bin (after making a backup of the one that is there)

let me know if that does not work
