Hello FreeSurfer Developers,
I am just started to use "the trac-all -stat" command of Tracula 7.1.1 to reconstruct a mean tract for each pathway for all the subjects of a group. Several files are created for each pathway in the "stat" directory.
What are the differences between these two files created for the AF, MD AD and RD diffusion parameters :
- TRACTNAME_PP.avg33_mni_bbr.**.txt
- TRACTNAME_PP.avg33_mni_bbr.**_Avg.txt
Thank You very much for your help.
Best Regards, F. Noury

Hi Fanny - The meaning of the statistics is explained in this section of the TRACULA tutorial: https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/TraculaStatistics#Aniso...
Please note that the instructions in the tutorial have now been updated to reflect the upcoming 7.2 version (but the meaning of the numbers in the stats files is the same for 7.1.1 and older versions).
Best, Anastasia. ________________________________ From: freesurfer-bounces@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu freesurfer-bounces@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu on behalf of Fanny Noury fanny.noury@univ-rennes1.fr Sent: Friday, July 9, 2021 4:29 AM To: freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu Subject: [Freesurfer] Tracula 7.1.1 - trac-all - stat
