Ok, should I be concerned about the little pimples on the rh inflated surface (see attached)? The left hemisphere on the same subject tends to be much smoother. If it's worthy worrying about I'll put the effort in to identify it on the wm.mgz and figure out what to do about it, but if not I'll ignore it. What would you do?
