There's a new version of mri_watershed available. The fix is to eliminate s problem with the WM value. The previous version sometimes used the pon area for the WM value.
Linux: ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/mri_watershed-20040407-Linux.tar.gz
Darwin: ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/mri_watershed-20040407-Darwin.tar.gz
Just a quick question, where should mri_watershed be placed? In bin/Linux or bin/Linux2, or both? Thanks.
Xander

Sorry, just one more quick question. I was wondering why there is such a big size difference between the Darwin version and the Linux version (955885 to 181). Also when I untarred and unzipped the Linux download I got a very small file, just wanted to make sure this file was suppose to be that small before I installed it. Thanks so much.

Sorry for the confusion, it should go into bin/Linux on Linux machines or bin/Darwin on Macs.

Oops, you're right, the binary appears to be corrupted. I'll get a new version up soon. Thanks!

Hi!
There is something wrong with the Linux-Version of mri_watershed. The file size is much too small after tar xzvf ... It is not executable also ... Could you have a look at that. 'File' tells me it is still a compressed file although there is no suffix there indicating that this is in some way further compressed.
Could someone look in that....
Thanks,
Lukas
