Hi Doug & others,
It seems that aseg2feat takes lower level .feat directories to get stats on annotations. It does not seem to work for higher level g.feat directories. Is there a way around it?
cheers,
Sandy

If the higher level is within one subject, then you can run mri_label2vol manually and specify the anat2std.register.dat as the registration file.
