External Email - Use Caution
Hi all, I noticed the following error message in a reconall-log concerning wm segmentation:
mri_segment -keep -mprage brain.mgz wm.seg.mgz... ... ERROR: mri_segment-MRIcheckVolDims: volume1 height=336 != volume2 height=256.
I looked at resulting surfaces and can't find a cause for concern, should I be concerned? I presume the volumes in question are non-conforming, could someone explain what the issue may be. Thanks in advance, Kambiz

we need more information than this to help you. Can you send us the full recon-all command you ran and the recon-all.log? cheers Bruce
