Hi Freesurfer experts,
i want to know how to make different subjects'(suppose I have 10 subjects) lh.thickness.fsaverge.mgh (1*163842) into one mgh file(10*163842)?
Thanks!
LJ
I think mri_concat will do what you want, although you'll need to convert the thickness files to .mgz (or you can do it easily enough in matlab)

You can (should) use mris_preproc to do this. It will convert each subject to fsaverage, possibly smooth, and concat into one file.
