Before I tell you how to do it, I'd like to point out that this may or may not be something you actually want to do. You can transform an individual's aseg to talairach space, but it won't likely be aligned with others, so you should NOT use it for group analysis of any kind. Having said that, here you go:

use mri_vol2vol, passing the mri/transforms/talairach.xfm as the --xfm and using --interp nearest.
